  • ≈ $350 USD ($500 CAD) non-refundable deposit, included in the total, reserves your place after you're approved.

  • Flights are not included. Book through our travel coordinator for group rates, or on your own.
  • Airport transfers are not included. They’re available for an extra cost, arranged through our travel coordinator.

Where will we stay?

Nothing’s being hidden. For everyone’s safety, mine included, the exact location and all the details of our stay are shared as soon as you’re approved.

Will I share a room?

No. Every retreat room is single occupancy, because after some of these workshops, everyone deserves their own space.

Are airport transfers included?

For Punta Cana, airport transfers aren’t included in the price. They’re available for an extra cost and arranged through our travel coordinator once your spot is confirmed.

How does the payment plan work?

After your deposit, you choose how to pay the balance: pay in full, or spread it out with Klarna or Affirm (subject to their approval). The balance is due by the date in your approval email. For Punta Cana, that's November 10, 2026.

What happens after I apply?

I personally review every application within three days. If you're approved, you'll get an email from patrick@patrickgaudet.com or retreats@patrickgaudet.com with a secure Stripe link. You then have 48 hours to pay the deposit, which is what reserves your place. Check your spam folder.

What if I need to cancel?

All payments are non-refundable once made. If you can't attend, you can ask to transfer your place to another approved applicant. Travel insurance with cancellation coverage is strongly recommended. Full details in the Retreat Terms & Conditions.

No. Vegas is a getaway: no workshops, no schedule, no inner work. It's the community stepping out of the group chat to have fun together in real life.
